Is Your Sponsor Responsible For Your Success in Network Marketing

Is your sponsor responsible for your success in network marketing?

We can't honestly expect anyone else to be responsible for our business but ourselves.

Don't get me wrong, it's always great if our sponsor or upline is willing to help, but it's certainly not their responsibility to make us successful.

Maybe your sponsor is still new and unsure of all the steps to take.

In any case, if you join a program and end up feeling confused, overwhelmed, and not sure where to go next, always ask your sponsor.

He or she may not be able to help you, but most often they can and most are very willing to help.  Remember, when you're successful they're successful.

However, if they're either not willing or unable to help, look for others in the same program.

Is Your Sponsor Responsible For Your Success in Network Marketing?

“Success in this industry is not in finding the right person, but in becoming the right person.” –Dr. Forrest Shaklee Click To Tweet

If they are willing and able to help, it's important to actually accept the help.

When you let your sponsor know you need help, and they offer the help to you but you don't even bother to respond…that's on YOU.

That's not your sponsor's fault at all.  They offer they help, and you refuse…that's YOUR decision to refuse the help.  This happened to me recently and I'm still shaking  my head.

If you're not willing to even respond to someone's offer of help, especially after you've asked for it…imagine what kind of business you'll have…none.

There's no point in even trying to run your business if you refuse to respond…that's just common sense.

So if you want to ask yourself “is your sponsor responsible for your success in network marketing?” be responsible in answering it honestly.

By the way, we quite often make things much harder in our minds than they really are.  We tell ourselves that we're not “techy” and we steer clear of things we “think” will require prowess in the tech field, when in reality, if you can click a mouse and type a word, you can be just as “techy” as the big guys.

Doing things on the internet is SO much easier than we make it out to be.  However, if you do get stuck, don't be afraid to ask for help.

That's the beautiful thing about having a great community built around a program is the willingness to lift others up and help them, not only with the tech stuff, but with marketing and mindset as well.

So, if you want to scale your business to a whole new level by leveraging the online marketing that's available, and yet you find yourself thinking it's too complicated, click the button below as this is what's helping thousands of people learn to market the proper way.

This is where you'll find the most encouraging and helpful community to get all your help from.

It wasn't until I found this that I finally learned how to do all the complicated “tech” stuff and how to actually market the proper way…(I felt silly later when I realized how simple it actually is; honestly, a 10 year old could do it)

If you want to learn how to create capture pages, set up a blog in a few clicks, learn attraction marketing, get the right mindset, you'll be in the right place.

You're so right about that, Karen. Too many people sign up in a company expecting to be successful the next day. If you want success, you have to do the work. Your upline can help but he has his own business to build and his own dreams to realize Seek help if needed but roll up your sleeves.

    • Karen Andrews

Exactly! People need to come into this with the right expectations to begin with, and in my opinion that IS up the sponsor to make sure that false claims are not being made about how easy it is.

Great post-Karen and it is so true, only you can build your business. Like Lisa Grossman says I will HELP YOU build your business. In order to get that help YOU have to be in action.

    • Karen Andrews

Thanks Chris! Yes, taking action is key, but it's also important for people to accept the help they're offered as well.
